Careesah's classes are mixed levels with focus not only on proper belly dance technique, but fitness and self expression thru music and dance.

Careesah is available to teach private and semi private lessons in the Denver and Boulder areas of Colorado.  Check back for regularly scheduled classes in the future. 

Careesah is available for Middle Eastern Dance workshops, lectures, and performance demonstrations in university dance departments and dance schools.
